Legal services ICAEW Diversity Survey

At Cleverdons, we have always been committed to equal opportunity. This means we employ the best member of staff for the job, regardless of gender, age, disability, ethnicity, religious belief or sexuality and treat all staff, clients and suppliers fairly.

We are licensed to carry out probate services by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). As part of our license, we are required to undertake a diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the results.

With a team of 7 it is difficult to share the results in full without revealing personal information about members of staff.

The survey we submitted to ICAEW included the following summary:

“We have a small workforce, most of whom have worked for us for many years meaning there is little change from previous years. We believe our staff reflect the community we live in.”
